    The XCMG XR400E rotary drilling rig is engineered for large-scale foundation projects such as urban construction, railways, highways, bridges, subways, and buildings. Powered by a Cummins QSX15-C500 engine delivering 373 kW at 2,100 rpm, the rig provides a maximum output torque of 400 kN·m with rotary speeds ranging from 7 to 25 rpm. The hydraulic system employs load-sensing technology combined with total and limit power control, enhancing operational efficiency and energy conservation. The H-type hydraulic telescopic crawler chassis, equipped with large-diameter slewing bearings, ensures exceptional stability and ease of transport. The double-boom luffing mechanism is optimized for both construction stability and transfer convenience. A single-row rope main winch design minimizes steel wire rope wear, extending its service life. The rig features multiple operational modes—Normal, Rock, and Energy-Saving—allowing operators to select the appropriate mode based on specific geological conditions, thereby improving construction efficiency and reducing fuel consumption.
